Appreciate the present

My friends, did you know the most common cause of discontent is –

You do not want what is present

and

You want what is NOT present !

The solution ? – Endeavor to want/like what is present in your reality! Yes, you sure can find something to like, to appreciate and be grateful for in your present, in your now. There are two obvious benefits – 1. Thinking of something you like will make you feel good. It will raise your vibration. 2. The process of ‘liking’ will attract more things in your life that you would ‘like’ to have in your life !

So, start appreciating your present !
