Freedom from suffering

Freedom from suffering ? Ah, sure, we want it, we all want it don’t we, but what do we consider as suffering ? I think we can simply explain suffering as –
– you do not have what you want and
– you have what you do not want !

If you do not have what you want, then you create it! You know the formula to manifest your desire/dream. It is –
Dream- find your true desire and then
Follow your dream- think, feel and believe you already have it without any shadow of doubt ! That is it.

But friends, what do you do when you have something in your life that you do not want ? To get rid of it do you push it, dread it, hate it, try to research the cause for it, blame it, keep thinking of ways to throw it out of your life ? In other words you feel miserable for days, you remain focused on the thing you do not want in your life and your continued focus on it will bring more of the very thing you do not wish for !

So what should you do ? The moment you become aware of your painful thought you stop. Pause and be grateful for this awareness that saved you from creating more of the things you do not wish for.

Now, to change your state of being to feel good you center yourself with slow deep breaths and SMILE ! And now friends, you are ready to create your dream !
