Now, my friends, I give you the second thing you need to do to successfully manifest your desires. It is a feeling, a dominant feeling, of feeling GOOD, happy, and a love for life in your heart and body. When you feel good you are vibrating at a higher frequency, a frequency that matches with that of your desire.
So, how to manage to feel good when family, friends and circumstances around you make you feel miserable ? Well, friends, you have to take charge of emotions. Be aware of your feelings. You need to consciously stop thinking, feeling, believing, doing something that is robbing you of your high frequency, and then, switch your thoughts immediately to something that makes you smile.
If you have five minutes to spare, slow your breathing, smile as if your wish has already been fulfilled. Hold that feeling for ten seconds. Actually you should rehearse this process several times so that your body LEARNS this feeling and can reproduce it as and when you wish it to.
So, friends, to be a deliberate creator you must have the following two things( besides, knowing you choose and create your physical reality and also be free from all limiting beliefs about yourself ) –
– open and activated heart center
– feel good by vibrating at a high frequency such as frequency of love, frequency of your True-self.
