OPEN YOUR HEART

It is time to open your heart my friend, if too much effort is needed to achieve your desires or goals.

You see, your brain generates electrical charge and your heart generates magnetic charge and so, when they are coherent, they create an electromagnetic field around your body with enough power to manifest your desires.

But, my friends, if your heart is not open, is not awakened, is not activated, there would not be any magnetic charge to attract your desires, your goals to you. You have to work hard every time, go all out to get it in your life. Have you observed there are some people who have just to think what they would like to have, and everything falls in place for them without any struggle ? Have you ever wondered why it is so ? Well, it is so because their heart center is wide open and fully activated with enough magnetic charge to pull their desires to them.

So, the obvious question is how do you open your heart ? Friends, spare five minutes for it, to start with. Sit down and relax and relax even more and more. Place your hands on the center of your chest, yes it is the ANAHATA chakra, the bridge that connects humanity to divinity. Close your eyes, inhale and exhale, deeply and slowly, through your heart center for next five minutes. To begin with, that is all you need to do. I suggest you practice this heart centered breathing twice a day.
