You see, it is possible to change your present and future by changing your past. How ? Well, first you center yourself by completely relaxing your body and then take several slow deep breaths for few minutes. When you feel calm, go through the events of your life that you now wished had gone differently – may be it was your reaction or speech or your beliefs that caused the unpleasant event that now you regret and would like to change.
Continue to breathe slowly and re-imagine/act those scenes/events as you wish you had handled them then, that is, re-script the old events in an absolutely new way leading to a harmonious result that could change your future in unimaginable ways. Try it. You will be surprised to see how it improves your relationship with your family and friends. It works because you are the creator of your reality and you have the power to change it.
You know your thoughts and beliefs shape your reality, first in the non-physical realm of your imagination and later in your physical reality. The Quantum Field, the womb of creation, where everything exists as a possibility, is beyond time space and everything happens in the now, no past, no future. You can practice it daily. Every evening go through your day and re-script and re-act unpleasant events into pleasant ones and be happily surprised by the far fetching results you will see the next day. Enjoy !
