Fed up with the lock-down ?

Feeling low and restless stuck at one place?

No problem ! Ask yourself- what would I prefer to experience instead of experiencing ………..(whatever it is that you are fed up with). Close your eyes, relax, take slow deep breaths and ask yourself the question. Soon you will have several ideas/images crowding in your mind’s eye.

Choose one of them and visualize it, feel it, hear it, smell it, touch it till you get the feeling that you already have it ! Remain in this pleasurable visualization for as long as you enjoy it. You can do this exercise as many times as you wish. It has several benefits- to mention a few

  • instead of feeling bored you have fun imagining things/situations you like
  • practice it with different visualizations such as –  instead of discussing politics with people at home visualize you are having fun with your friends or earning millions by making good investments. Or instead of sitting alone in your room visualize you are at your favorite beach listening to the soothing sound of waves, or you are on the Moon or your village or anything that fascinates you (that your conscious mind says- it is not possible, but, you, being an ultimate magician you know you can create by mind power alone). Practice it ! You will have Joie de vivre back in your life !
  • anything that makes you feel good raises your vibration
  • anything you focus on will manifest in your reality some time or the other.
  • This practice creates a win-win situation for you. Do it my friends and let me know your experiences.

  1. I have been practising it and realise that when I feel good I am at peace and cheerful. And invariably the “blues “ disappear! I suppose these are signs of a higher vibration.
